Cancellation Policy

If You Need To Cancel

All bookings require a non-refundable 20% deposit to reserve your date. Your final balance is due at the end of your trip.

From the flats to the Gulf Stream, we pride ourselves on offering the highest-quality fishing experiences in the Charleston area. Leading up to your trip, your guide is checking equipment, servicing boats, rigging rods, and purchasing bait. A lot of work goes into making sure every trip is safe, fun, and unforgettable for our clients.

We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel your trip, contact us ASAP to discuss your options. Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis and only accommodated at your captain’s discretion.

All cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to your trip.

If you cancel within 24 hours or are a no-show, you are liable for the full balance of the trip.

If you want to cancel your trip while we’re already out, shortening your duration, you are still liable for the full balance of the total trip.

If your trip needs to be canceled due to a safety concern or equipment malfunction, we will work with you to get you on another boat, reschedule your trip, or refund your deposit. Your captain will contact you leading up to your trip if the weather threatens the quality or safety of the experience.

If You Need To Reschedule

If you need to reschedule your trip, contact us ASAP. Your captain will do their best to accommodate any changes in launch times, pick-up locations, group size, boats, or dates. This is your trip, your experience, and we work hard to exceed your expectations.

All rescheduling is subject to availability, weather conditions, and is accommodated at your captain’s discretion.

If There Is Bad Weather

Our mission is to show you the best the Low Country has to offer and we’ll work with you to get you out for an unforgettable fishing experience. If it’s fishable, we’re gonig!

If bad weather threatens the safety and quality of your fishing experience, we may adjust launch times or return times, reschedule the trip, or refund your deposit.

On two to four-hour trips, we may adjust launch and return times if there is bad weather in the morning or afternoon.

On longer trips, we may need to reschedule to another date.

Your captain will be in touch leading up to the trip to go over the weather conditions and your options.

Any cancellations or rescheduling of trips due to bad weather is accommodated at your captain’s discretion.
